There are numerous times when external trained help is required at short notice. Apollo has a pool of vetted, trained and committed staff who may be available at quick notice and in case of emergencies we are always available to help.
In emergency situations, we can arrange for immediate start for carers within a short time frame.
With many years of experience in supporting people of all ages and conditions, our carers are fully qualified, vetted and trained in supporting a variety of complex needs.

The one thing that is certain in life is uncertainty and sometimes events overtake us quickly and urgent care support may be required at short notice and families maybe left with little options. An emotional breakdown, health issues, weather, accidents, sickness/absence of carers and other unforeseen incidents could all need support and Apollo is there available 24 hours a day.

Our staff are there to provide local care when you need it. We’ll walk you through everything over the phone and can even be able to arrange for our care manager to visit immediately, in your family home or at the hospital.
